Philippines eTravel Desk is a private, independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Government of the Philippines, the Bureau of Immigration (BI), or any other Philippine government agency or consular authority.
Private Commercial Support Desk
We provide independent administrative review, document formatting assistance, and dedicated customer support to travellers preparing their arrival details for the Philippines.
eTravel registration is completed directly on the official Philippine Government portal at etravel.gov.ph at no charge. The official portal states that eTravel registration and updates are absolutely free and that the system does not collect or require any form of online payment.
Registration is available within 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival into or departure from the Philippines. eTravel is used by the border control authorities - the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) - together with the Department of Tourism (DOT).
Our service is optional, and our fee is charged solely for our independent assistance, detail review, pre-travel verification, and customer helpdesk services. Travellers who prefer to submit their arrival information independently without third-party assistance may do so directly via official government resources at zero cost.
Official Government Portal Information:
Any amount paid to us is a private service fee for our independent review and travel assistance.
It is not a Bureau of Immigration fee, Philippine Government fee, consular fee, visa fee, or statutory immigration fee. Official eTravel registration via Philippine Government channels remains completely free of any mandatory official fee.
The official eTravel portal warns travellers to beware of fake, fraudulent or scam websites and entities which require payment upon registration or updating, and asks that they be reported to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC).
The Bureau of Immigration has publicly warned that scam sites charged travellers between P3,000 and P5,000 for a registration that is free, and has reminded the public to register only at etravel.gov.ph.
We never collect an eTravel registration fee and we never present ourselves as the official portal. Any amount paid to us is a private support fee, described in section 3 above, and you can always register yourself for free at the official portal.
Using our service does not guarantee admission to the Philippines, visa approval, entry clearance, or any other decision by a Philippine government authority.
Immigration officers and border control authorities at the port of entry maintain complete and sovereign discretion over granting entry, setting duration of stay, or refusing entry in accordance with the laws and immigration policies of the Philippines.
